Heather Reynolds
RN, BSN Co-owner

Heather Reynolds is a dedicated nurse, loving mother of three boys, and a passionate advocate for compassionate care. After graduating from the University of South Carolina's nursing school in 2006, Heather spent nine years in critical care, with a focus on pediatric critical care. Since 2015, she has been working as a school nurse, bringing her extensive bedside experience to support the health and well-being of students. Her career has been marked by a commitment to delivering exceptional care and addressing complex medical needs with empathy and expertise. In 2022 she began night nursing. Heather loves being able to support mothers, fathers, and families as life changes and the parenthood journey evolves.
Beyond her professional achievements, Heather is a devoted wife and an avid lover of the outdoors. Her passion for teaching and helping others extends from her work as a nurse to her role as a mother, where she brings the same dedication and warmth to her family life. With a deep commitment to supporting new families and a genuine love for nurturing both patients and loved ones, Heather continues to make a meaningful impact through her work and personal life.
Katie Hudson
RN, BSN Co-owner
With 18 years of dedicated experience as a Registered Nurse, Katie has honed her expertise primarily in pediatrics, where she has made a significant impact on the lives of young patients and their families. Since 2015, she has shifted her focus towards nursing education, driven by a deep passion for sharing her extensive knowledge and experience.
Her commitment to nurturing new mothers and families is evident in her educational efforts, as she strives to empower them with the skills and confidence needed for successful caregiving.
Beyond her professional achievements, Katie is a devoted mother of two and a loving wife, cherishing every moment spent with her family. She values the time spent together, whether it’s exploring new activities or simply enjoying each other’s company. Her balanced approach to work and family life reflects her belief in the importance of supporting and guiding others, both in her career and at home.


Laine Smith
RN, BSN
Laine Smith is a dedicated nurse, wife, and mother. Laine is a graduate of Lander University with 18 years of experience in pediatrics, including invaluable time spent in the NICU and, most recently, as a school nurse. Laine has a particular passion for caring for infants and supporting new families as a night nurse, providing them with the guidance and reassurance they need during those crucial early days.

Outside of her nursing role, Laine is actively involved in her community, volunteering at her local church. She treasures quality time with her family and friends, often traveling to create lasting memories together.

Sara Turner
RN, BSN
Sara is a dedicated nursing professional and a proud graduate of Clemson University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. As a pediatric registered nurse at Greenville Memorial, Sara has been gaining skills and knowledge for the past year and a half. While she primarily works on the medical-surgical floors, she also floats to the Pediatric Oncology/Hematology floor, Neonatal ICU, and Pediatric ICU, gaining valuable experience along the way.
Sara lives on a beef cattle farm in Travelers Rest, where she has spent her entire life, and she is excited to bring that down-to-earth spirit into her nursing practice. Sara also engaged to her high school sweetheart, and we’re looking forward to tying the knot in February, 2025!
Sara can’t wait to work with your precious family and provide the best care for your little ones!
Erin Roland
RN, BSN
Erin Roland is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina. Since earning her degree, she has gained 3.5 years of experience in hospital settings, specializing in pediatric care and infusions. In 2022, Erin became a certified pediatric nurse, reflecting her commitment to providing exceptional care for both sick and well children.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Erin is passionate about nurturing the next generation. She spends her free time babysitting and volunteering with youth programs at her church, fostering meaningful connections within her community.
Outside of nursing, Erin enjoys staying active with Pilates and cherishing moments with friends and family. Erin’s combination of clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion makes her a cherished advocate for her young patients and their families.


Kaylee Kaufman
RN, BSN
Kaylee Kaufman, a Greenville, SC native, is a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a passion for women and infant health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Charleston Southern University. While studying to become a nurse Kaylee gained hands-on experience working with infants at a local preschool.

With two years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, Kaylee has developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of new moms and their families. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at Georgetown University to become a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, further enhancing her ability to support women throughout their life stages.
When she’s not caring for patients, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog. She also finds joy in gardening, walking, reading, and embroidery, always striving to balance work and relaxation in her personal life.

Kaylee looks forward to providing exceptional care and support during her night nursing shifts, bringing both expertise and a caring heart to every patient she serves.
